They are both one system but they work on different platform. The minipos is an Android user interface where as the minioffice run on either IOS or window platform. The minipos is embedded in the hardware before being shipped to you. For the minioffice you will have to go to our website www.wisetronic , select the download tab. Select the environment your laptop or your desktop run on. Once the download is finished, the system will request you to type in a group# which would have been sent to you with the packages. When the numbers provided on a sticky label have been entered, then you are ready to use the minioffice.
