If you are going to connect to the receipt printer wirelessly, you need to change the printer IP address to match your LAN.

Setup 1

Open menu Help > POS settings.

Setup 2

Connect the printer to your computer with USB cable, then power on the printer.

Setup 3

 

Click the Setup IP address button.

Step 4

 

In the popup dialog, enter the IP address you want to be, then click OK button.

Step 5

 

A popup dialog indicated the changes was applied. You may also heard two beeps from the printer.

Step 6

 

Verify by printing the test page.
