Windows only, if you are going to use receipt printer or label printer, you need to install the USB driver.
Download the USB driver
For Windows Vista or Later, download here.
For Windows XP, download here.
Launch the Zadig Driver Installer
Click menu Options and check List All Devices.
Install Driver
- Select IGOPOS P1 Receipt Printer or sometime is shown as Printer Support from the drop down list.
- Select the Driver to libusb-win32 (v1.2.6.0). （If Windows throws Access Denied error, then choose WinUSB option)
- Click Reinstall Driver or Replace Driver if in the first time.
