Our return policy is the same for both online and in store purchases.

  • Online purchases: the return time frame begins on the date of your order’s arrival
  • In-store purchases: the return time frame begins on the purchase date.
  • In-store require: a physical proof of purchase or resignation on purchases.

Product Warranty

All Wisetronic Inc Point of Sales Electronic hardware includes a standard one year warranty. Any Computers, Laptops, Monitors, Tablet, Printers, Barcode Scanner, Digital Electronic Scales, and other computer accessories and be return for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

All refund will be charged 15% restocking fee of the net value of the individual hardware current sales price with original package. Refund also requires the approved by activate store management.

30 Day Exchange of Warranty service for goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect

1 year warranty service will ship the defective product for repair or replacement from the original date of invoice.

Sales are final:

Software purchase is classified as final Sale Items. It is not eligible for Refund or Exchange.
